And just like that the 2026 Five County tournament fishing season has come to an end. We had our 8th and final event on Saturday at Tar/Pamlico River with 20 boats. It started out as a perfect fall morning for fishing until a cold front moved in with rain and 40mph wind gust at times. We will start back up in March 2027 with a new season!
Ed Collier and Jason Godwin had a nice limit of bass for 15.90lbs to take 1st place!
- 2nd Place: Braxton Chase and Greg Chase – 15.57lbs.
- 3rd Place: Eugene Barnes and Mike Holland – 14.23lbs.
- 4th Place: Nick Godwin and Shane Godwin – 13.11lbs.
- 5th Place: Allen White and Jeff Bradley – 12.37lbs
- Lunker: Eugene Barnes – 6.07lbs
