We had 25 boats for our third club tournament of 2024 at Chowan River on Saturday. It turned out to be a great day of fishing after the morning rain with several fish caught and 7 bass weighed in over 5lbs.
Phil Bissette and Aaron Whitley took the top spot with a 5 fish limit of 20.57lbs with a 6.53lb lunker.
But it was John Denton who won our overall lunker with an 8.92lb bass and a 2nd place finish.
2nd Place: John Denton and Mike Robertson – 18.78lbs.
3rd Place: Tyler Little and Tim Little – 18.16lbs. 4th Place: Tony Head and Eugene Barnes – 16.92lbs. 5th Place: Danny Hayes and Ryan Hayes – 15.71lbs. 6th Place: Nick Godwin and Shane Godwin – 14.61lbs. 7th Place: Randy Parker and Andy Miller – 13.97lbs.
